II.65: When there is serenity, there follows eradication of all his/her sorrows, because the wisdom of one who has a serene mind soon becomes firmly established. II.66 & 67: For the unsteady there is no wisdom and meditation. And for an unmeditative person there is no peace. How can there be happiness for one without peace? For, the mind that follows in the wake of the senses, that (mind) carries away his/her wisdom like the wind (diverting) a boat on the waters. II.68: Therefore, O mighty-armed one, his/her wisdom becomes established whose organs in all their varieties are withdrawn from their objects.
